Never had such a worst Chatime tea ever. I ordered on their app before reaching the store but still had to wait for long time. I was looking at the way they made the tea and the Thai milk they made was not sufficient for my cup so instead of making more they dumped in tea extract. My tea tasted like pearls in water and yucky.

Completely appalled with the unprofessionalism of one of the workers here. Music was blasting in my ear and I had to repeat my order multiple times while one of your employees danced in the middle of the store like it was a disco. I was trying to get my drink and leave but this inconvenienced me so greatly . Not just this, but she also ran out of the store suddenly instead of doing her job. Drinks were fine, but she made my experience so bad I had to lower my review by 3 stars. I highly suggest you reevaluate the absolute audacity of the people you hire, some of them do not deserve to be working there

By far the best Pomegranate iced tea I’ve ever had. The prompt service from their amazing management & friendly staff makes my morning trip there a pleasurable experience & something I’ve come to look forward to.I can’t recommend this place enough, to experience their products and service for yourself, you certainly will not be disappointed.BEST CHA TEA EVER!!!!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unprofessional service. I visit often and 3/4 of the time, there will be a line of people waiting and only one person working, the other four are all standing there gossiping. Drinks are mostly okay, but I definitely don't recommend this Chatime.

Asked for black lychee tea with lychee jellies. Staff was friendly enough, but didn't ask for sugar or ice levels. Drink was way too sweet at first but mellowed out over time, jellies were soft on the outside and crunchy on the inside.Definitely not worth the $6.50 for the regular size.

Everyone that works here is so nice! They are really fast and have always greeted me with a smile! Can’t give them enough credit for how hard they work! Really enjoy this chai time!

Overpriced bubble tea that tastes watery and horrendously long wait times. The quality of the drinks from this store have gone done a lot lately.
