The car park is substandard, and I would not call it a picnic ground, but it gives access to the walks around Edwards Point Reserve, which are outstanding. You can walk inland past the ponds and lakes, or along the beach. Interesting indigenous flora, fauna and archeological remnants of past and original human habitation and occupation.

It's OK & the access is good, but I don't think it'd be my first choice for a picnic. Having said that, there are 2 great walks starting/ending there, so if you were happy to carry food, it'd be a 4+ star experience

A lovely place for a relaxing picnic overlooking the beautiful Bay. Quiet area 7 minutes from Iga St Leonards. A must see. And if you have just moved to the area. Drop in to the yacht club see and meet most of the locals. Meet most Saturday and Sunday.
