Auto King Mobile Mechanics and Roadworthy Certificates

Booked for a safety cert for the next day. Waited 2 hours after the appointment time. I called them and was told too busy to come and do the inspections and test, have to make another booking instead. Ridiculous！！ Wish I can rate 0 star on Google!

Just bought a car second hand and needed to get it ready for a trip. They were able to come out quickly to get the safety cert done so I could register and make the long trip. Very quick response, very quick to have someone out, checked everything extremely well and made sure I was good to go. I'd use their services again for my next repair needs.

I met Grant today for a diagnostic and repair to my vehicle. Grant was on time and instantly went to work. A misfire on cylinder 2 was quickly diagnosed and repaired. A failed injector was the culprit. Professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with.

I love Auto King but an alternator second one in two year's or less fixed at Camira, to get this checked and fixed this will cost me an extra $33 those were the words of a lady in the office, because It is an old car unbelievable and there are lots of old car's on the road. Totally not fair. Because of her remarks I got another mobile mechanic to do thisStill love Auto King but it is the office and there extra $33. Don't think it was a brand new alternator it lasted just till the Warranty ran out . I am on a pension and it gets a bit much for me .

I recently employed Auto King to carry out a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle in the Gold Coast. Seeing as I live 3 hours away it gave me peace of mind by allowing me to know what I'm possibly buying. We've used Auto King twice now - in Brisbane and Cairns - for pre-purchase inspections of private used vehicles. The mechanics have been very thorough and the reports are very detailed including a swag of photos. Highly recommended for pre-purchase inspections.

I have now used Auto King on two occasions and will definitely be using them for all my cars as they have provided excellent service every time. The mechanic sent out has been very friendly and helpful and done a great job.
