Service was quick.Dining room was a mess. Middle of the day fairly slow. Packaging all over tables indoors and outdoors, food scraps, napkins all over floors, windows smeared with sauce and fingerprints and bins overflowing. Pictures do not do it justice.

Have been getting coffee here for months, mainly because of how awesome the staff are, especially reggae (we asked his name) who has the BEST, most calming lovelymanner and is so efficient. He makes our morning every time - thanks! Super well-run.

I've just had the two worse burgers of my life. Ordered a Chicago Angus and a grilled chicken. The bacon was rare, I threw it away. Both burgers were cold and had a wrap instead of the box. Toilet was stinking by the way. 24 May 7:23PM order number 1164

Service was nice, but the other day when we ordered 2 medium chips something was up.If you get chips from Hungry Jack's, know the medium chips are now the literal same size as a small! And with the hard cardboard packet" so it fits even less in it.Tip: Get the carry-cup instead for the same price! It has more chips in it and nuggs."

Hungry Jack's at Loganholme has always been a great location to dine in at or get takeaway from, it's quite a busy location but service is always very fast and never have to wait too long.I do wish it was located in the hyperdome itself or have 2 seperate restaurants but regardless it's a great place to grab a bite at!Atmosphere is pretty standard and never any trouble apart from a few kids/teens acting tough but that's to be expected at any fast food location hahahaaha

If there were zero stars… this place would get it. Burgers were dry with zero sauce, to add insult to injury… Every single time… EVERY SINGLE time I order from this particular store and have the food delivered, they NEVER… EVER provide the sauce despite me paying for it. I will NEVER EVER order from here again. Upon looking at other reviews… how does this store have an “average score” of 3.4 stars? They should not. I have not seen one adult at this store. No offence, but having a group of kids throw some burgers together, forgetting what they should be doing (fantasising about when they can finish their shift and get to their tech time) yet charge top dollar is not ok. The great reset, welcome to the new world… corporations pay junior rates, provide intolerable glorified cardboard whilst charging full rate with ai writing fake reviews to lie to the people so they continue to buy inedible food. Wages don’t and never increase… just the expenses… EVERYONE needs to STOP buying on a mass scale and just say NO! Time to wake up people.

This store is absolutely hopeless- they have NEVER ONCE had- even the basic menu items- what I want to order and on several occasions they’ve taken my order- made me wait and ONLY THEN come out to say they don’t have what I ordered. Then they will only refund in cash. The staff are very unfamiliar with their products and frankly are not very interested or intelligent.

Usually I only write good reviews, but today unfortunately I make an exception. I was the only one in Hungry Jack, waited about 20 min for a small order. After a long time of waiting, the worker there told me that the ice-cream that I have ordered are not available, so I have asked for a refund. The manager came and said that there was no problem with the ice-creams and sold us two melted ones. The car became a complete mass. A very slow service, and the worst part was that they were not honest. Never going back there again.

says 24 hours but when i went though the drive through at around 12am I had no one serve me for 10 minutes, reversed out of the drive through to try walk in but the doors were lockded. as we went to drive off another car went into the drive through and got served straight away?? Eventually got served our food after waiting over 20 minutes just for the food to be stale and dry
