The worst customer service I've ever encountered. After endlessly calling to try and enrol to a course, once enrolled there is little to no help. I submit a unit only to be given feedback to each answer as why' no elaborating what was wrong with my answer or pointing me in the right direction. Once I made a complaint that it was not good enough

This place is a joke. Worst experience ever. I called them to make a booking for the forklift course and the woman from the customer service told me there were two spots available on the 2nd of February. I say great! I would like to make a booking then. She told me to bring my documents to the office ( apparently they don't know something called emails exists) so I drive 40 minutes to get there and once i arrived to the office she says the forklift course on the 2nd of February was totally booked ( I drove straight away to the office immediately after my phone call).She said to me that she gave the spots to two other customers that have called after my previous phone call. I'm still speechless and can't figure out how come certain people can work for the customer service department. SHAMELESS!!!!
