Sunshine Coast Convention Centre | Conference Venue

A pretty great venue for the region! We've attended a couple of awards galas, and business coaching workshops over the last couple of years and are pretty impressed! Especially that they can cater to almost-fully paleo when needed. Love the big comfy lounges outside of the function rooms!

Gotta love anything in Qld. Catering was brilliant, the impromptu thunderstorm freshened everything up nicely. Plenty of parking.

Great facilities and beautiful place!

As a resident at Twin Waters I was disgusted by the noise issue coming from the convention centre on Friday 13 May. Loud thumping music through the walls of my home. This is not what our community needs

Very clean and organised place to host your event or party. It has a large open indoor area and also outdoor area that's covered for guests and visitors to rome around freelyndepending on the occasion.The only thing I could say negative about this place is that the carpet inside needs to be upgraded or cleaned regularly due to foot traffic and crew workers and also it has very little parking.If in the area or your looking for a venue I'd definitely come have check it out, you may find that this is the location you have been looking for!(The picture is of a event I helped setup for mitre 10) this photo is only 1/4 of the size this room actually is! It's huge!

What an incredible venue! I attended the Queensland tourism awards here and couldn't imagine anywhere else on the coast that could of hosted such an event. Food was brilliant, the staff were delightful, the music and public speaking was through quality speakers that meant you could hear everything and they also had doof doof capability. The ginormous TV screen, which is the biggest I have ever seen was spot on for the visual effects accompanying the event. Five stars!!

Unique place to hold your event. Giant LED screens, crisp audio and excellent staff. We had the best time working with the boys from AV.

Was a good event, but the parking was not adequate for the event numbers

Well set out. Different rooms for 3 lots of meetings or training. Trade display area. Dinner set up in same room so no moving about the complex. Well done. 5 star.

We stayed here for a one-week conference and the venue was ideal. Rooms are new and nicely designed. Staff are very friendly, and did an awesome job handling a conference of 1100 people. Lots of facilities here and a beautiful location. Kangaroos and brush turkeys around the grounds are an extra treat.The place is a bit far from Maroochydore and Mooloolaba if you don't have a vehicle or transfer, and there aren't many taxis in the area.
