Forget about receiving customer service if there is an issue. They do not respond and you get stuck with the wrong/damaged item. Their policy is that it must be returned (with their approval) within 7 days, however they do not get back to you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and there is no on-line form or return address to do a return. My daughters bracelet was too big and we simply wanted an exchange, but are now stuck with it because all Miss Molly & Co wants to do is sell you cheap knock off items and take your money, but not want to assist when the going gets rough. Typical Asian business practice.

My order has been in LINGO (In my hometown), for 9 days now!!!! I SIMPLY have QUESTIONS for someone at this company and have been emailing for A WEEK and a half and HAVE NOT gotten a RESPONSE. There are “CALL RESTRICTIONS” trying to dial them and speak with someone personally. I AM a customer and this is very FRUSTRATING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
