Thank you Filipe for restoring my Tudor PrinceOyster date watch to such a high standard. Rolex aren't interested in repairing this watch because of its age.The time and effort that you put into restoring it is fantastic. For a watch that is 50 years old it looks and performs like brand new. I would recommend Luxury Watchmaker Aust to anybody that wants great work at a great price.

I had a good feeling when I first met Filipe although I was a bit nervous about handing over my Omega Speedmaster Professional (moonwatch) to a complete stranger in a café. I needn’t have worried, Filipe is not only honest and trustworthy, he is a perfectionist.I bought my watch to celebrate a milestone (50th) ten years ago but I was never happy with its performance both in time keeping and general aesthetics (alignment not perfect, sweep hand a bit jumpy). After two visits to the Omega service centre (under warranty), they did manage to get its accuracy just within their specifications. All in all a disappointing experience which took the thrill out of what should have been a special thing. After a few years use, the watch languished unloved in the bedside drawer. When I went to give it a bit of a run earlier this year I found it now had a broken mainspring.Fortunately, after some research I happened upon Filipe and he agreed to have a look at it. He repaired and restored the watch to a condition that is better than new (read perfect) using genuine parts and returning the replaced parts to me. Upon picking up the watch and returning home, I noticed that Filipe had set the time accurately to the second. It’s now 5 days since then and it’s gained on average about half a second per day. Remarkable. I didn’t think that was even possible with a speedmaster. Filipe should not be considered a cheaper alternative to the maker’s service centre, he should be thought of as the higher quality premium alternative. Thankyou Filipe, you have given me the enjoyment I should have felt ten years ago.

I have been going to Felipe for the last 2-3 years to get my watches polished and cleaned and my god does he make the watches even BETTER than I first received it from the AD.10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get their watches fixed.My Rolex Yachtmaster 40 in Rose Gold needed some polishing and he did a brilliant job!He is also experienced with AP's as I took my 15500ST to buff out a scratch and just like magic, it was gone.Thanks Felipe, will always use your service.

Just received my vacheron and constantin overseas chronograph back from Philip and it looks better than the day I bought it. I wear this watch everyday and have bashed it about for years one week with Philip and it’s brand new again thanks Philip

He definitely knows about watches and has the time for his customers to explain about the work carried on.
