CSG Limited Melbourne

I got ripped off by this copier company so badly. Avoid this people at all cost! This so called CSG copier company is not worth even one star. I wish I can give them the negative 5 stars. Good luck!

New charges are being created out of thin air. Half way through the lease term of our photocopier a base charge was created and added with no explanation as to why. We're trying to negotiate a payout (finishing up a few months early) and the payout invoice has a list of new charges which were not in the contract. Zero transparency - trying to gouge every dollar they can out of me before i move.

They are very bad. Not only they do not honour their part of the contract of service, they overcharged everything, as they are misleading and deceptive at the time of the contract. What is written on the contract is not what they promised. Then they refuse to negotiate or resolve any technical issue or giving you the consumable they suppose to. I cannot give zero stars, otherwise i would.BE CAREFUL WITH THEM!

With any company you hope you may be able to discover if they have any positive qualities. You might assume perhaps a great product, great service, helpful support, even just friendly people. Alas CSG has none of these qualities and while they've been in business for many years, and must have clients that are way bigger than our small business, the reviews like this will go unread and unanswered. If you're an SME don't give your money to CSG.

High pressure sales tactics is the least of the problem with CSG. I would advise anyone thinking about a new copier to go anywhere but to this company. Once you have signed on the dotted line and your circumstances change, they do not want to know about you or the reasons behind your change. We signed for a new machine around June 2017, and took delivery in July 2017 after being clients of theirs for over 10 years. In around September my business volumes and personal circumstances changed significantly. which means we are no longer doing anywhere near the volume we were doing at the time of starting the new contract.I completely understand that i have signed a legally biding agreement, and the legalities around that. However after months of trying to get a solution that satisfies all parties, the best they can do is to suggest that i find another business that needs the machine and is prepared to take over the remaining balance of the contract.I have tried unsuccessfully to do that. My biggest complaint is the complete lack of customer care and lack of communication.It is beyond comprehension that CSG do not have new customers who are wanting an as new" machine that they could offer at a discount.
