Had a huge issue that no local towing companies could help us with as it needed a heavy haulage tow truck to get us out of the situation we were in. Called other companies that seem they didn’t want the business. Seems the Newcastle region have limited heavy haulage companies that actually answer their calls and be able to can come out at short notice. Called this amazing family business and was absolutely blown away but the efficiency and professionalism we received. Not only did they arrive within the hour they promised but they went about and beyond to help us. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Didn’t cost an earth was very affordable considering what other companies charge. Once again thanks Richard and Son you turned a horrible situation into a good one with no hassle.
