Up until now I had what passes for reasonable treatment. However my last appointment was a complete disaster. When booking my appointment weeks prior, I made it abundantly clear that it was for DVA purposes and I required my treating doctor. I found out that Dr Morris is on long service leave and was assured that the doctor I was booked with was experienced in matters of DVA. Since the appointment was for the treatment of recognised conditions, it was covered by my White Card. But the receptionist insisted I pay despite my explanation about the DVA covering it. She muttered under her breath something clearly derogatory and then forced me to discuss in the reception area over the phine to the clueless hack I had seen to to get it billed which required me to discuss my illnesses in a public area. The next day I called the practice asking to speak to the manager who was conveniently out of the office for the day. I was told they would give me a call to discuss the utter non professional service and violation of privacy. Well it's over a week later and still no return call. The practice is clearly not interested in doing the proper protocol and decent treatment of patients, especially veterans with mental trauma. Go anywhere but here even if it's in Adelaide

Never in my life have I been spoken to by a doctor (or anyone in a medical profession), as I was today. I am absolutely appalled at the rude, abrupt, aggressive and demeaning manner I was presented with, from Dr Marissa Zamora.Instead of going in with all guns blazing, maybe it would help to allow five or so minutes of an extended consult to give the patient/client the opportunity to present their situation and take in the information provided. We are not cattle being herded, we are human beings who may need a few minutes to gather our thoughts and explain our situation, before being judged and berated.In saying this, what a saving grace Dee in reception is. It's people such as her, who make the world a happier place to be.

Charges $81 for a missed appointment for a child even though we had no idea there was an appointment. No sms message, to remind of appointment that we apparently made because they failed to update our details from over 8yrs ago. Asked to speak to higher management but instead passed on to another receptionist... Who then after the second call hung up on us.

This clinic is all about the money and not patients. If I could give zero stars I would.

It's a shame that the buck is more important than the patient. I suffer bone on bone in my left hip. During the pandemic I was issued scripts over the phone. Now my normal doctor is on holidays,no notice, and I can't get a renewal without going to the clinic. Sorry. We can't issue a renewal over the phone. And to make it worse I have to make two appointments to cover the time my doctor is on leave.I don't have a car and can't walk. Go without.They just want the extra $75.00 for the consultation.

All staff from the front desk to the doctors and nurses are brilliant.

I had a couple of medical issues and also needed my prescription for medication which I cannot get by without. Only one issue was sorted only by me asking for a referral and then was told sorry I have run out of time you need to make another appointment. I asked if I could get my prescription she said no I told you your time is up make another appointment. I was in there less then 10 mins. So much for caring for their patients with medical conditions.

Website states open at 8.30am but when I called phone message states 9am. Make sure you bring your covid certificate proving you have been double vaccinated otherwise no appointment

Absolute joke of a medical practice. The team are uninterested in helping anybody with their health, only in taking your money. I was outright lied to by the reception when booking my phone consult appointment, waited over 3 weeks, then never received my consult, even when I called them the doctor wouldn't come to the phone, all I needed was a script re-written. I have now become the 8th person I know of living locally who now goes to adelaide to see a doctor because the service and care here is so below standard.
