My experience with Ella & Jade was pure luxury from start to finish. My head massage was amaaaaazing - Rosie is a maestro! And Anna, who cut my hair, did a wonderful job of shaping a new fringe, something I've never had before. ALL whilst I sipped on a cocktail and nibbled on cheese and crackers. A 5-star experience!

I've been to Ella & Jade a couple of times and each experience was exceptional.From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and made very comfortable. I had my colouring done my Maddi - an absolute colouring magician. We vibed the whole appointment and felt like we have been friends a long time. I have visited Steph a couple of times to have my hair washed. And wow, I felt so relaxed ! Steph gave me the most amazing head massage including personalised essential oil guided relaxation. She personalised the shampoo and conditioner to what my hair was needing at the time and I felt like they really cared about my hair.

Love coming to Ella and Jade and seeing Rosie, she always knows how to create the visions I want for my hair and is always able to achieve the goals that I want. Her knowledge of products is outstanding and gold star and always recommends excellent products that work well for my hair! Will be coming back again and again!

A friend recommended Ella&Jade to me last year and I’ve been coming to them for a few months now. I’ve visited both locations and I love how professional yet relaxing the whole (anti-)salon experience is. I’ve had pampering and blowdry experiences with Steph, and cut and colour treatments with Laura who are both amazing stylists and talented at what they do! They use a wide range of high quality products and I’ve purchased a few to make sure my hair stays in tip-top condition in between visits. Aside from the salon experience itself, I also admire how supportive the E&J team are towards one another and the passion senior staff have in sharing their expertise to train aspiring hairstylists. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Ella&Jade. I’ll never go elsewhere - the service is great, my hair always looks amazing when I leave and the team is so personable. Special mention to Steph for always giving a killer head massage and for taking her time to style my usually very wild hair beautifully.

I received a wash, colour & hair treatment from Rosie, and it was a really good experience. Rosie was so passionate about hair and scalp care, I learned so much about my own hair in just one appointment! Rosie is such a professional hair stylist and was able to give me plenty of advice about my current cut and colour and formulate a hair plan to get it where i want it. Her product knowledge was helpful when discussing my hair/scalp needs and I felt safe and comfortable in the studio the whole time. The colour & hair goals I left with were a big confidence-boost. Looking forward to my next appointment with Rosie!

I got an excellent haircut from Rosie today! She truly listened to my needs/concerns and went out of her way to make the experience positive for me. Also the mask treatment and post-cut styling was delish and I felt so pretty leaving the salon ! Love that the salon is zero waste too!! 10/10 perfetto experience
