horrible place, horrible psychologist. Saw someone a few years ago now and was told it was my fault for things that happened to me. She then proceeded to ask me halfway through our session whether my mental health care plan was updated (was seeing my GP literally the next day as it was the only appointment she had & could easily backtrack so my appointment would’ve been covered) and upon telling the ‘psychologist’ this, she yelled at me and told me she won’t be making money from this session so i need to ‘GET OUT’. After a week or so, no apology but she texted my mother an excuse of a sorry along with the helpline number… seriously a JOKE.

Missed a few appointments due to svt and tried making another appointment when I've been feeling better but on the edge of suicide they said they'd call me the next day and it's been 2 weeks now.

Pretty useless service, take your child to CAMS instead

Useless. A few years ago when i was younger i remember talking to one of there staff. I told everything about my problems which caused a lot of stress only to have one of the ladys laugh about it. I walked out more angry and confused more than i came in. The first person i told everthing i felt when i needed help the most i just got laughed at. Still to this day im angry about it and i cant forget it.
