We have Eaten here before, usually good food and good service. Tonight's experience was a true let down. The service was shocking, four staff members stood at the bar drinking and talking. We were one of two tables in the restaurant and were not checked on once without calling out for attention. We would have ordered a dessert but due to the lack of service we asked for our bill and left.

Went to try the dessert menu out,and after finally getting service we ordered a Nutella pizza which was quite under par compared to your traditional Nutella pizzas.Tried the iced Nutella and it tasted like watered down chocolate,very plain and definitely won't be ordering that again.The Nutella crepes were a hit though.Wont do dessert there again.

The waitress Rose gave us the most awesome customer service experience ever! Attentive, fun, honest and knowledgeable. This is the first time I wanted to pay more in a restaurant! And she wouldn't even accept a tip. Food was ok, price ok, atmosphere fine... I would just go back there for the service alone though!

I went by myself after work and got a feast. The wings were perfectly cooked and tasty and the cheesy balls were amazing but were made even tastier by the phenomenal tomato relish served with them. The southern style burger was great and I can't believe someone still does free refills!The service was amazing. I didn't get harassed or spoken to while I had a mouthful and even a simple thing like getting a new salt shaker was quickly attended to. And the price for everything I had was very reasonable. I'll be taking family and friends there in particular. Hopefully all rashays are as good.

Always a good place to catch up with friends and family. Trying to be healthy so switched the chips for sweet potato fries (which tasted really good so now not really sure if that was really healthy).Has its own parking. And the play area is such a life saver for adults who are looking to gossip over some good food.

I have been a customer of Rashays for a very long time, and in all of that time, I have never been let down.The quality of the foods is consistently high, and the staff is very kind and helpful.I really like the coffee at this place.It's a pretty great and clean restaurant, and it makes for a very comfortable environment to have some food in.

My partner and I have recently started to come to this Rashays and so far every single experience has been extremely pleasant. The food has always been great, the staff are extremely lovely, and the place has always been clean. Highly recommend to others, we will be returning soon!

Tonight’s experience at rashays narellan was great and that was due to a beautiful and probably the best waitress I’ve experienced called Mellisa. She was friendly always smiling and was always there to assist us whenever we needed her. Thank you for a great and enjoyable evening.

Ordered the Creamy Prawn Pasta but it didn't have the signature Rashays creamy mushroom sauce nor did it have any tiger prawns. The sauce on this pasta did not taste like the creamy mushroom sauce that came with the sirloin, both of which were suppose to be Rashay's creamy mushroom sauce. The shrimp were not tiger prawns.3 stars are for the 3 drinks we had (2 types of shakes and mango).

Spacious dining hall with good ambience, friendly staff and nice food. They should include more seafood and burger options. Easy parking at the front. Little pricy though, I have been dining with Rashays for last 7 years but now it is becoming expensive.
