My iPhone 7 plus had a screen replacement done at Happytel by Jason. He was very helpful and checked my phone functions before and after repairing it. He also fixed it very fast so I had my phone back in no time. Great customer service and very efficient. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Disgusted! Took phone in to have it repaired. Was fixed in an hour and a half, cost $345 and was given a warranty on new replacement parts. Used phone for 3 weeks with no problems and then started to have same problem as previously. Returned to get it repaired again as repairs were under warranty, was told these symptoms can't be fixed. I mentioned the warranty and he refuses to fix it again. So I ask what options are there. He replies if you pay another $350 I can fix it". How disgusting is that? It can't be fixed

Whilst traveling abroad I had a little accident where I damaged my iPhone 8. I popped into the store and was met by Jason I was so impressed by his excellent customer service and friendly attitude. He explained everything thoroughly in great detail, especially because I’m not very tech savvy but I recently bought my iPhone 8 and I don’t know how to use it very well he explained all the functions and he helped me repair my phone in no time !

Purchased a wireless car charger which stopped working due to a manufacturer fault. I didn't bring my receipt but had a transaction record on phone which they honoured and replaced no questuons. They have my repeat busniess! 5 stars!!

Jason did an amazing job with my Sony Xperia tempered glass protector! I brought one I'd gotten online and he fitted it for me perfectly straight away. Super happy with the service and helpful attitude especially after being turned away from another phone store that wouldn't fit my screen for me since I didn't buy their overpriced one. HappyTel is definitely my new go to if I need a new screen protector replaced or fitted.

I had my Iphone X repaired a few months ago for a broken screen, the phone was working for the first week I had it since the repair. Countless times I had to go back to the shop as the screen would turn on but was not responding to touch and would need to be turned on and off again vigorously before it would respond to touch again. A few months of this go by and now the phone is not showing a screen at all. The phone is still alive as it makes a noise when it receives calls and makes noise when plugged into the power outlet. I went in because I have warranty that they provided me with the repair and upon looking at the phone and seeing it not responding, the employee serving me said that he can only replace it if there is something wrong with the screen and said, Even though it doesn't appear that your devices shell has any dints or damage

Great staff and service, highly recommend.I had a broken screen on my iPhone 6+ and after a while it just started having more problems like not charging and when it did it always died randomly and I had to always turn it back on.When I wanted it fixed everywhere I called wanted me to leave it with them to send away for 2-4 weeks but when I called Happytel they just said it would take 30-45 minutes I was very surprised, when I got my phone back it looked as good as new and didn't have any more battery or charging problems.

Always great service and very high quality!Edit*I was unhappy with my last visit to have a screen protector placed on my phone. I returned the next day as black dust was sealed under the protector right in the middle of my screen which wasn't visible until the screen was white. I was told I couldn't have it refitted without paying for a new protector. I will continue to use this store but will request a different staff member applies my screen protector next time.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient in handling our mobile phone issues. Will certainly only use Happytel in the future.

Went here a few days ago after reading the reviews and was served by Jason. Was greeted with a friendly smile. He was really thorough with his explanation and did his best to fix my phone in no time. Thanks Jason for being so kind and helpful. Will be coming back to see you if I need my phone fixed again.
