I wasn’t sure about my printer version, told her that it’s 2100 series, she showed me the picture and I confirmed, she also told me that if it didn’t work out of it wasn’t the correct version you can change itI tried, didn’t work and now they are taking me cartridges for 2105 and 2100 are different and it’s my loss

Selling expired ink cartridges. They guarantee the expired products are good as new. When something goes wrong, they refuse to exchange or refund. It's always customer's fault, and nothing wrong with their products. Have been their customer for years, and this is what I get now. All I want is just to return the unopened cartridges and get the right one. I was wrong. I shouldn't trust them so much.

Went to get a toner replacement for my printer, was told none in stock but the lady would check. After 15 minutes she took a compatible toner out of the display and said this is the one, $350 for a toner out a $150 printer????I thanked her for the help and left, got home and ordered 2 on line for $34 including postage. Save your time and money, don’t shop at INKCART.
