Wow this is unheard of. I ordered a XL jacket, it was to big. I ran Justin and he told me to just send it back and they will exchange it. Two days later the exchange jacket arrived. The whole issue was my fault, yet they went out of there way and were so helpful. That's excellent service.

Bought and paid for a Burke and Wills oilskin online, it didnt arrive so chased it up 1 wk later only to find they since sold the stock at a trade show and couldn't fill my order. I had to chase it up to find out ... dreadfully service won't be buying there again ever
