I received numerous quotes through different businesses before settling with Gemin3 and very happy with my choice. The process from phone conversation, onsite quote and the work being done and check up call was very professional. Their price was very competitive and they even removed my old redundant system so am happy I do not have to worry about that. It felt like other businesses were trying to rip me off or did not even want my business but I felt looked after Gemin3 so definitely recommend them

If you want a good company for demolishing your house then call these guys. Impatient workers rough as anything. I lost about 3 basketball sized amount of cement render. All ceilings were cracked. And they warn you beforehand so they can smash it in as fast as they can. Also cracked my antique lighting plaster. Will cost $1000 to get a custom mold to replace. On the day I was in an important meeting. Got send repeated messages that if I don’t come home in time to PAY they will decommission my AC units. I arrived home to pay them. Then one of my AC units was out of gas. They had to come back 3 times to just diagnosis and regas. Probably pulling a dodge making up excuses to get Mishubishi pay for it saying the system never came with gas when they have decommissioned it. Now there’s a leak in the pipe, again poor workmanship and rushed job. Instead of using PVC glue they just tapped it likely going to leak soon again.Called Mishubishi Heavy Industries. Was advised not to use them again and for future problems. Just send them a bill.

Gemin3 air conditioning team has outdone themselves. Inquired to get my ducted air conditioner replaced had someone come out the same day to quote and installation was done two days later. John and his team were polite, and guided us through the whole install and cleaned up after themselves. Affordable pricing quality service thank you team.
