After meeting with and receiving an extremely high quote from one funeral director (who seemed to only care about us signing on the dotted line). We were put in touch with Kim from Cherish Funerals.She was an absolute breath of fresh air. Given the extremely difficult circumstances, Kim, was punctual, highly knowledgeable, made us feel like we had control over what we wanted for our loved one.
