I was assigned Smartvision for a TV warranty repair by Samsung. The TV was a 75 inch Q80T which had some very noticable vertical banding. Smartvision sent out Cooper and Joon who were punctual for the on-site appointment and both very professional and courteous. The panel was replaced in a quick and efficient manner and I now have a much improved panel on my TV. I cannot fault Smartvision in anyway and would not hesitate to highly recommend them for their services. 5 Stars!

Chris and Christian visited us on May 21st to repair our TV. These two young men were impeccably presented, with polite manners and were basically outstanding. Polite, cheerful, top notch. Was refreshing in this day and age to recieve prompt, excellent customer service. Highly recommended to all. Keep up the good work lads.

Excellent service provided by Rakesh and Tom. We had an issue with the Bass of the Samsung sound bar, and another television repair company failed to rectify it. But Rakesh and Tom listened to us, took the time to identify the issue and made sure it was corrected before signing off. We can now finally enjoy the Sound bar. Thank you very much.

I’m a total dingus. I missed their appointments to my place twice. Through their patience and a willingness to adapt to any of my inconveniences to them they have repair my expensive Samsung monitor in a day that worked best for me.Huge thanks to Joel and the rest of the team for their outstanding professionalism. My monitor is working like as it was brand new even.Furthermore once again I must thank Joel in particular as he informed me a great deal about my particular 49inch ultra wide monitor. Mate cheers for accommodating my life it’s gone a long way!Keep it up!

Fixed the blown led's in my tv.The guys were very professional and friendly.The thing I appreciated most was they were on time and gave me a 15 minute curtesy call before they arrived.Can highly recommend Smart vision.

Had a problem with my 65 QLed smart Samsung Tv, Smartvision contacted me after I've contacted Samsung about it, they made an appointment and came to inspect the TV, Brody and Nit hopefully I'm spelling the names right" were very professional

Chris and Cooper came to fix our Samsung TV. They quickly analysed the problem and expertly rectified with a new part which they had brought with them, They worked well together were polite and efficient. Arrived on time and did a great job. We were very appreciative. Highly recommend these guys.
