A good shop with interesting stock but extremely over priced. If you can you will find the same item somewhere else for cheaper. I was charged over $100 more for the bicycle at this store in comparison to other stores who stock the exact same item. A price check befor purchasing would be very wise.

Unfortunately not a good experience in store, 2 rude staff on together, neither acknowledged my presence the entire time I was in the store and allowed me to stand at the register for 5 minutes without a simple “hello” or “I won’t be a moment”. Ended up walking out leaving the items on the counter.

Great store filled with an amazing selection of toys but unfriendly customer service. A simple hello and smile goes a long way! A few other, albeit small, negative experiences and I'd rather shop elsewhere. Shame really.

Chock filled with educational toys that earned their place on the shelves because they were age-group appropriate. A haven for Parents and Grandparents alike. From what I observed visiting children were engrossed with the experience.

Fantastic customer service, I was looking for a certain product that was out of stock everywhere including Who What Why however Claire later called me to mention they had found one and to see whether I wanted it. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to remember I had called and thinking of me as I really wanted the item for Christmas. Claire arranged express delivery and kindly followed up with me to ensure I had received the item after some issues with the courier. Thanks again Claire, you made one little boy's Christmas! :)

Great place for children's educational toys, books and anything a kid would love. I always buy really good stuff here for my Grandchildren and today I bought 2 Ravensburger jigsaws and 3 colouring books to entertain them on their next visit.
