Hazelbrook General Practice
You need to plan and fall sick. You cannot go and see a doctor unless you have planned your sickness. However sick you are you are turned away. Zero empathy. If you are sick and it’s your first time you need to wait 2 weeks. Worst than 3rd world. Highly not recommended. Oh if you have a cough the doctor won’t see you cause they can get a cough. I have never heard this before despite living in various countries around the world

My child was having an asthma attack, if he tested positive of covid they would’ve turned him away. I couldn’t believe it.. they made him wait outside in 30 degree heat to protect the vulnerable inside. He tested negative and ended up in hospital. Lesson learnt, dont go to the doctors here if you’re sick

Great doctors and receptionist. Always so helpful and friendly. Very disappointed to see some people/patients leaving bad reviews because they had to wait a little on such busy times.

Constantly booked out a week in advance, a bloody joke. They charge you for this! I live in Hazelbrook and have to travel to my old doctor in Penrith if I need to see a doctor urgently.

The doctors here are all generally pretty good and you can get in most days to see someone. However, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous!!! I booked the first appointment today and the doctor is already 20 minutes late & I'm still waiting. I have had to wait for over an hour before. Management needs to find a solution to this persistent and common problem.

Wonderful practice. The Staff are lovely and extremely accommodating.As a teaching practice they often have young Registrars who each spend approximately 12 months at the surgery and I have been lucky enough to have 2 such Doctors, first Rebecca and recently Brendan Wong, an incredible young man with a huge future ahead of him.We are very fortunate to have this outstanding medical practice as part of our Community.

Dr Linda McQueen is an amazing doctor, I have been seeing her for years and always have been treated with understanding and a personal attention too check ups and my wellbeing.Dr McQueen is an exemplary physician and I would not see another doctor.
