Scott was friendly & very helpful with purchase of my new Husqvarna ride on mower & loaded onto my trailer in the rain unfortunately. Highly recommend Scott & this business.

Brush cutter went in for repairs as wouldn’t start. Paid the bill $186 and Seemed good friendly service however when received it back it wouldn’t run properly the first time we used it and we had to run it flat out to keep the revs up enough to keep it going. Second time we used it it wouldn’t start at all so we took it back.On opening it up they said the inlet side had a crack in it and they only usually check the outlet side. They told me the brush cutter maybe a warranty issue if still valid but no refund given for original repair even though we only got one use out of it and not operating properly. I know things just go wrong sometimes but to keep a customer happy is always top of my list and it seemed obvious to me that I didn’t receive value for money when the machine came back running very rough. If I ran my business like that I would have no more customers . Disappointed

Nambour Outdoor Power were super helpful with my Husqvarna ride-on mower even though I didn't buy it from them. It's great that their customer service is just something they do well.

I made a booking for a service on my mover, was told the first available booking was in two weeks time. When I turned up on the day the booking was made I was told that there was no booking for me and they could take my mower but will only be able to look at it in a months time. After a month I was told I needed to wait another month for a part. When that month passed without any contact from them, I made a call to check on the progress. The treatment I received when I called was discussing, Rude and very hostile. I was warned from other not to take it there.... Needless to say I went back to collect my mover as this will not stand. I was then charged $70 for a belt that was not needed as they believed it was the problem but once replaced and still not working the real fault was discovered. IF your looking to be treated like a beggar or street drunk go take your ride-on there for a service.

Just be aware that it will cost you $35 to find out your machine is not worth fixing - this would have been helpful to know beforehand. I understand for a business to be sustainable that it needs to turn a profit. Clear communications are really important for good customer relations.

The NOP team did a fantastic job servicing and repairing our old Victa. The cost was way better than expected, and they did the work in a speedy fashion. We found Scott and the staff to be friendly and personable too. Overall a truly genuine experience. We'll be back.

Scott was super helpful in sorting out a chainsaw issue. He located the problem, fixed it quickly and offered tips in maintaining it. Reasonable pricing and friendly service so will definitely go back again. Thank you.

Nambour Outdoor Power installed a 4WD robotic mower on my large slopping block. After a few minor issues the mower has proved to be very efficient and effective. I highly recommend the Husqvarna model and Scott and his team.
