I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have been fortunate to find a technician i really like and can make appointments with. They now also offer complimentary coffee from Mrs Fields which has been a nice touch. They are also very kind when my son is with me and get him a seat. New styles such as ombré are available and I often see the same regular clients returning, so they must be happy too.

One of the worst experience.Stuff were extremely rude to the client next to me.I also had to pick a total of 3 times due to being out of stock, which is understandable However, I got hurt and started bleeding as the woman doing my nails was more to the conversation with her friend than to my nails.No recommended at all.

Kaylee does amazing shellac manicures and spa pedicures. My manicure shellac lasts so long - at least 3 weeks! Extra attention is paid to every nail and the spa treatment is much better than anywhere else I've been in Sydney. Ask for Kaylee!

Would give no stars if I could. I don’t understand the need of swapping staff, who ever started should finish the job. My nails were shaped unevenly, I had nail polish right by my cuticle bed and it looked so messy! Half my polish was thick in some places and horrible. I actually raised the problem to another staff member who tried to fix the issue but it still looked meh. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there.

Booked for a mani pedi at 12 explaining I had an appointment at 1pm… was left waiting for 20 mins then told they could not get my nails done in time for my appointment despite me checking 3 times after arrival. Terrible and rude service as shared by others. While waiting read multiple reviews of people being cut and left bleeding or having uneven nails due to poor service. Maybe dodged a bullet

Really bad service, 5 day shellac. They never worked to remove the cuticle, they literally messed around, they passed dremel and paint, they finished the filing details with the nails already sealed. TERRIBLE!!!

I had a pedicure done there. Left waiting 25 min in the pedicure chair. Then the lady came over, it was obvious she was tired cause she kept stretching. She cut my skin 4 times. I asked her to just finish up and put my polish on because I was in a rush. It took her nearly 1hr to do a pedicure. I was so angry, and then she couldn't put the polish on properly, she kept removing it and putting it back on. And to top it off, she didn't know how to use the ftpos machine. I had to scan the card myself. I must of had such a angry face, that the manager noticed and came over to apologise. Why hire people when they have no idea what they are doing..

Terrible experience. Worst service I have experience getting my nails done with such rude staff. Absolutely gobsmacking price of $120 just to get an acrylic French tip, where most places charge about $70. The price was not even worth it the women shaped my nails horribly, did not cut my cuticles which made my nails look super messy and she did not know how to do a French tip. Would never ever go back there ZERO STARS

They offer the best price I have encountered in Sydney so far for a spa pedicure - $30. I also got my daughter's toe nails done for an extra $5. While price was great, the service was slow plus the water was initially cold. They also need to check their polishes as a couple bottles I liked the colour of was pretty dried up inside.

My auntie and I got our nails done today by Angel and Anne. The salon can get quite busy and it makes sense that there is abit of a wait. They have done an absolute wonderful job. Would definitely go back again.
