Evans installed blinds throughout my home in July 2012. Ten years later, one of the chain connectors finally needed replacing. David attended my home promptly and did this for me at no charge. Both David and Samantha were wonderful to deal with. I am still very happy with my blinds 10 years on, and very grateful to Evans for fixing this small problem for me. As a side note, Evans were initially referred to me by my sister-in-law, who has also referred them to others, and everyone has been very happy with their service and product.
