The worst experience I’ve ever had, do not go there if you are looking for a good nail experience. The staff served me were extremely impatient, I don’t think it’s appropriate to frown and shake head towards your customer. There was not even a hello from the staff, if you’re not having a good day, please do go to work, instead of passing on your bad mood to your customers. Not recommended. Besides from the awful customer service, she was not professional at all, she folds my own nail trying to remove gel extensions, and she continues to do the same after telling her that it hurts.

i came here for an eyelash lift 4 weeks ago they permanently burned my lashes and it was such a painful experience after the service they wanted me to pay even tho i denied since my eyelashes were not lifted they were burnt and sore then one of the staff said why come here then with an attitude. my eyelashes are still not repaired till now i don’t recommend this place to anyone .

I went this place for the first time for eyebrow tinting. The lady who was assisting me was very rude. As the treatment was done and I left for the payment that particular lady stood in the door and said something in their language, to which her coworkers started laughing and looked at me. All the staffs were staring at me as I had done something wrong.I felt offended and rude as there were other customers as well who doesn’t speak their language. Not gonna recommend this place.
