I had to urgently supply a high quality underfloor heating mat for a home reno underway. The response I got from Nick in Victoria was immediate. He put me in contact with one of their installers, Mick, who helped us get a new mat within an hour. He even chatted with us over the phone free of charge to help us troubleshoot all of our installation questions. We were quite out of our league but these guys made this process really simple for us. And the mat has tested perfectly. Highly recommend for both novices and professionals alike!
