Well͏ informedOur purchase through Grant was that we were kept well informed on the process and through the stages of the contract. He was very helpful in any questions that we had and this followed through to after the settlement.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable at all times. Mick and the team made a process which had initially seemed quite daunting seem rather simple in the end. They were prompt in replying to all of our queries, and their answers invariably turned out to be spot on. They provided clear updates and advice about presenting the house, and were very quick to report back to us after the open houses. Mick was also happy to share tips about purchasing our next property and these turned out to be really helpful. Once the initial offer had been made Mick was excellent in his liasing with the buyer and communicating with all parties involved about revised offers, building inspections and final inspections.
