Absolutely not a premium chicken store. Worst Oporto I have ever been to. Slow service, horrible food lately. Ordered a share chips with extra salt, was charged .50c for the extra salt and then there WASNT EVEN SALT. The only reason I continued to go here was because the blonde lady manager was incredible with the customers however I have not seen her in a few weeks and can tell that this place is going under.

Well to be honest very disappointed tonight I bought the $15.00 pulled chicken bowl it was full of rice corn lettuce and 3 tiny shreds and I mean shreds of chicken won't be going there again. Also it was cold.

Slowest “fast food” restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. I love Oporto but to wait over 30 mins for them to cook a burger and chips is ridiculous.

Food was fresh and the way I like Oporto. Only thing I would say against it is and it is for all Oporto is why they don't package the tomato salad in the container like they used to rather then just sitting in with the chicken.Literally my only issue but that isn't at just this Oporto

Order Oporto from Uber app at 1pm on 19/01/2023, the status of order was on the way, waited until 3pm and the food hasn’t arrived yet. Drove myself to the store, the Duty Manager handle the problem really well, she admit the mistakes is from Oporto’s tablet and the service recovery she did for us is outstanding. Thank you.
