Expensive rentals and that’s before they try to charge you more for helmets and inner tubes. Straps on the helmets were VERY greasy from previous riders. Bikes are VERY heavy and maintenance was an issue. Trying to adjust the seat was a fail. Was told later by the shop that we shouldn’t have tried to adjust it (they were closed that day). They need to rethink their customer service and quality/maintenance of their rental equipment if they are going to charge as much as they do.

Great service, and expertise they were able to help me replace one spoke on my bike and kept me riding instead of a week of no riding.Well stocked store with a full range of bikes. Much better than the normal cheap commuter/road range found at other stores.Highly recommended and will return even with the hour and a half drive it takes me to get there, .

This bike shop is excellent. Went above and beyond to help on a new bike issue for our kids e bike which had been bought elsewhere when we travelled to Orange.Super helpful staff and great range of other bike accessories too.

Awesome bike shop, Scott was great and helped us with a hire bike for my wife while we visited Orange. The shop had plenty of quality bikes and gear. Highly recommend. Also Orange was great to ride around and site see with the wife.

Recently had my bike in for a service- the team had it done two days early and with very fair pricing. Despite being a total newbie the guys are always very friendly and happy to give product (and trail) advice.

I broke a spoke on my bike wheel 2 days before Christmas. Thinking I wouldn't get it fixed till the new year. Nope! DG cycle Co had it fixed by lunch time the next day. Great work guys. Highly recommended!

I finished a bikepacking race last week in Orange. DG Cycle Co had already been really helpful over the phone and in person they just took away all of the stress of getting my very damaged and dirty bike packed up for travel home. They were even looking up train times for me as I was still a bit sleep deprived. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through Orange.

Hands down best bike shop in the Central West. Even though I live over 40mins away in a town with 2 of its own bike shops, I make the effort to return here for all bike related purchases.Rod and his team are all friendly, knowledgable and extremely competent. Their product range and demo fleet are unmatched not only for the area, but the state.I highly recommend DG Cycles for anyone who is considering buying a new bike or servicing their existing bike or even just looking to buy some accessories.
