Elderly male staff, who appeared to be the owner, was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. My wife went to his store on the 18th day of January 2016 as directed by Vax to have damage to a Vax vacuum assessed. He outright and erroneously accused my wife of causing the damage intentionally and was extremely rude whilst dealing with her. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.
