Stunning pizza! I ordered a meat lovers which cost $12, banger of a price. The pizza base is crispy and there are good amounts of topping. The pizza took 9 minutes to come out even when the attendant said 15min wait. I hope these guys stay around. Good stuff

I was curious, I haven't liked pizza for a long time but thought I would try it out. I went online and ordered as I work close by and was extremely impressed by how easy it was to navigate and order, once I picked up I also found out the supplier was staples for the meat which is always a must. I am very impressed and definitely will be coming back the taste was amazing, it was super clean and fresh. I'm satisfied, defiantly worth the money.I will be coming back!

The pizza was good but the service was absolutely terrible!We had ordered a chicken deluxe pizza at the counter. We were then told it would be a 10 to 15 min wait, which we were fine to wait next to the counter for.The issue was that none of the workers bothered to check on us or call out our order, despite us standing literally 2 metres away from their counter within their full view. The workers had served a few customers after us who had all successfully picked their order up, including one who they called out by name but they never called our ready order.We were so close to the counter at all times and we also observed that that the pizzeria was notbusy, such that we were able to hear their constant chatter amongst themselves regarding their work, pay, their rostered days off etc. We constantly stared into the shop and at their workers who also met our gaze but it never occurred to them to check on the status of our order.Furthermore, we suspected that our order was ready as we saw a single pizza waiting in the pizza warmer maybe after 10 mins of waiting. However, without knowing their order system etc, we just patiently waited and looked into the pizzeria and their staff to no avail.We do not believe that we should be constantly checking on our order, esp if the workers are busy chatting amongst themselvesThe workers here are definitely not proactive to check on their customers or provide any basic level of customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Orderd from here quiet a few times. Sometimes it's been amazing, other times not good. I decided to leave this review as the last 4 times we have received pizzas that have been either incorrect or missing toppings.After the 4th time, I called to complain and the lady I spoke to you said she doesn't know what she can do about it and told me her manager would call me back". He never called me back. We did not ge offered a discount or even just a sorry or acknowledgement that they got the order wrong

I have been waiting for 40 minutes at this location and the staff is forgotten to make Uber eats order and they first told me that it would take 2 minutes, then 5 minutes and then made wrong story with me that your pizza order was done with fake Uber person and we cancelled your order and all… then took more 15 minutes to make it. It is a very bad experience for me.

At first I had no interest in this place because I never gave it a chance just assuming another pizza franchise most likely same as the others nothing to see hear. Felt like pizza one night and decided to order from here as it is closer to me than my usual pizza place, not expecting much but to my surprise the pizza was perfect. I have never seen such nicely and neatly put together pizza. Flavours all there simply delicious. This is now my 3rd time ordering and the service and food is very consistent and perfect each time. The staff is also very lovely, kind and helpful, this is now my favourite pizza shop.

Welcomed by diligent staff. Bought a large Pizza for a very affordable $12. We had the spicy chicken pizza that came to us hot and fresh. Really enjoyed the whole pizza.

Haven't had pizza in a while, as I was most times disappointed in the product. But 3 Black Bears have certainly made me feel good about pizza again! Ordered a Supreme online for $12 with the May Madness deal, and it was delicious! Nice amount of toppings, not overdone on the dough amount for the base, and was really tasty. When I went to pick it up at the store, they were stretching out the dough in the back and it looked like they were basting it as well. So you know there is some love being put into it. Nice job! Will be back!!
