Had lunch at 6 and out and it was delicious. Cocktails were good and decent wine and beer list. Will definitely come back. The kitchen were great with GF for my wife who is coeliac.

A unique cafe. Amazing what is in Bodalla. Definitely a place to plug in and stop on your travels.Coffee was great (I am selfishly particular with my coffee). Eggs were full of colour and tast. Friendly staff and a cafe that does table service, such a nice change. Loved how they display local artist. Combine this with the #bodallaartgallery for a real sense of local art.

We returned to 6&Out with some friends and once again were delighted with the service and quality of food. Such fresh, tweaked deliciousness. Last night I had the gazpacho followed by kingfish and shared a dessert. All just so yummy. Thank you.

Thank you Team 6 & Out for a memorable Valentines Day degustation experience. All 6 courses superb, innovative and tantalising on the palate and then the cocktails…….One complaint the Tempranillo glaze on the kangaroo fillet was so yummy I had to clean the plate with my fingers,I spotted another doing the same and some others licking their knives. If you must serve such a superb accompaniment we need crusty bread to mop it all up and maintain a standard of etiquette !Well done we can’t wait till the next one till then a lunch or a dinner with the changing weekly menu will suit us fin

We hosted our intimate wedding reception (total of 29 people, including 3 children) in the courtyard at 6&Out, and Chris and Monique went above and beyond to accommodate us and our guests. We had a fully vegan, 4 course meal designed by Chris and it was wonderful, with all the guests talking about how good the food was after (one of our guest was a celiac, and was so happy with how accommodated she felt with the gluten free options).6&Out also has a good selection of beers and wines, with a focus on using small, local suppliers. They also made really good cocktails!We can't thank them enough, and would highly recommend them. We will be visiting again!

This place is a real winner in quiet Bodalla. Rambling interior with a number of indoor/outdoor seating options, they have really tried to create an atmosphere with an impressive seasonal menu to match! Recommended.

It’s an unique restaurant with beautiful paintings for sell. We stopped by chance for a break and it’s lovely to have coffee ☕️ in this place.

When you find truly small Australian towns that have a fantastic eatery you want to tell people about it...this little restaurant is one such place!Although it's been open a few years 6 & Out relies on passing traffic for it's main customer base.That said I sure hope more locals come support them.The food we had was absolutely delicious.Gummy Shark was superb, the Corn Fritters light and tasty with an excellent salad.A brilliant range of local and ACT beers plus many wines ensure you can lunch with friends.Chris and Monique run a terrific restaurant (open for dinner on weekends!), we will be back in no time!!

Simply divine. A gorgeous place serving local seasonal produce. Delicious breakfast and lunches with amazing and inspired dinner delights. Great place for a leisurely brunch , afternoon cocktails with friends or a delicious dinner with loved ones.

Thank you for a great meal. We were very excited to support a new quality dining venue in the local area and we were not disappointed. We love the native food focus and chef Chris is obviously very skilled. Delicious local oysters reminded us that we have been missing caviar for some time and serving the plump, perfectly shucked oysters with a range of condiments including finger limes was an excellent start. The bruschetta, while tasty and enjoyable, could have benefitted from a less is more approach as an entree. The pork belly and pear salad was a classic pairing with a twist. Yum, yum! A standout in the savoury portion of the meal. The sous vide steak was wonderful in concept but slightly missed the mark. Maybe a little more up front with the jus to bring together the sophistication meets footy twist? The fish meal was outstanding with the smoked sweet potato puree perfectly complimenting every seafood mouthful. Then dessert. Wow! As I said to our very friendly and attentive wait staff, I don't usually remember desserts because they're usually not that memorable. This was memorable with the delicious tang of lime and Davidson plum lingering on the palate well into the drive home. It was a pretty plate of panna cotta perfection and so very very good. Looking forward to seeing what will be on the weekly menus to come.
