Extremely poor customer service. I have been to this store various amounts of times and not once have a been greeted with friendly customer service.Recently went in there with my boyfriend who wanted to purchase an item, waited at the register for a while with no acknowledgement from the two ladies working whatsoever. I had to ask them to serve us as they were too “busy” with trying to rearrange stock in the shop.Really love the brand however the customer service is appalling. If I could give a lower rating than 1 Star, I most definitely would.

Was a regular customer here. As a member you don't need to bring in your receipt for exchanges and refunds but beware they refund/credit you a reduced amount under this dodgy scheme. They claim their members records are correct, later on I found out when I found my receipts this is just a scam. Buyer Beware!

Such a bad service, bought a watch online and was told to get its straps adjusted at other jewellery shops with my own expense since they don’t have a tool nor never provide the service .
