Northshore has been amazing from the start. From the great facilities, friendly atmosphere and staff - the transition for our family was one that was well supported and easy. To see the ongoing growth of my little one is heartwarming. I highly recommend this centre for your little ones!

Extreamly clean, Safe, Happy enviroment for our young children to enjoy. Freshly cooked meals daily for our special little ones to enjoy, plenty of fruit too of course.. not mention the complimentary tea/coffee & treat for the parents at drop off. All inclusive fees and fantastic educators. Don't forget the bonus of Baby Yoga. I highly recommend this center. Perfect atmosphere for our youngest babies to thrive in.

The green leaves centre is absolutely gorgeous. The educators are all beyond amazing making me feel confident in leaving my little man in their care. They have been amazing at offering him support to help him settle in and he is enjoying his daycare days! I have recommended this centre to my friends.

Highly praise all the staff in green leaves north shore, I was very hesitant to put my children into day care but not only have they been amazing to my children, they have also been so supportive towards me.

I love working here as Susan and Kristy are wonderful and respectful to work with. All the team members treat me with respect and this place has a welcoming atmosphere.As a staff member, we have to follow strict guidelines and understand the Early Years Learning Framework to support the children in care. Children and parents trust us and Green Leaves Northshore upholds their trust by being the most empathetic and meticulous organisation.

The staff at head office are very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the local staff in the centre were extremely rude and unhelpful when trying to enrol my son. I was treated like an inconvenience and when I suggested they try being polite and solution focused, the receptionist and manager became argumentative and spoke over the top of me. I had filled out an enrollment six months before the centre opened and had emails confirming, as well as head office confirming three times the enrollment forms were on file. I attended the centre as directed by the receptionist but on arrival was told my son's name was not on the list and there was no enrollment. She just kept repeating over and over there was no enrollment forms. They were not willing at all to try to solve the problem, let alone try being pleasant and friendly. I am glad I had this experience and have avoided enrolling my child in a hostile environment.
