Great customer service by the team. Roof has been installed almost 3 years and looking great. I required a small section of fascia which the team provided within a couple of days. Great to see a company providing support for a small task after the job has long been completed.

After 2 different people coming out to quote the house, upwards of 5 promises to get the quote to us within 48 hours and 3 months of waiting, we gave Big River one last opportunity yesterday and were told they would have this quote for us later yesterday. Once again, still nothing. I’d heard good things and after their initial quick response to get out to look at the roof I was very happy, and ready to pay what they quoted us. Hugely disappointed in the responses since then.
