I chipped two of my front teeth early Friday evening. Even though the dentist had already left and was pulling out in his car, the kind lady at reception grabbed him and they both stayed back late (along with the dental assistant) to help me. So grateful for their professionalism, patience and kindness in treating me. Will definitely be coming back.

Had a very disappointing experience I had an appointment last month and I was told I need fillings and tooth extraction I was scared. Later I went to other dentist and I was told there is no need of tooth extraction and my teeth are perfect. I was shocked to know i don't need tooth extraction. Also the prices are expensive but the dental clinic is not.

Dr. Rama is very personable and informative. Her office is clean, comfortable and welcoming, and her equipment looks current/up-to-date and well-cared for. She took me step by step through her process and has a very gentle touch and demeanor - dentists I've been to in the past have been a bit rough and unapologetic at causing pain at times.I found her originally for my young son (my dentist at the time did not service children), but I'll be switching over to her services, as she and her staff have been great with putting my boy at ease too.

I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.I began experiencing a tooth ache on Friday evening and by 10am Saturday morning i had called half a dozen dentists in my suburb seeking an emergency appointment. None of them where able to provide assistance, including my regular dentist.My hope dwindling, i contacted Northcote Family Dental and, although the dentist was fully booked, the kind lady at reception sensed my pain snd desperation and arranged an appointment (i believe the staff stayed after closing time to accomodate me). Despite the unscheduled appointment, the dentist was kind, patient and thorough.While repeat appointments are needed, the dentist alleviated my pain and put in place a forward plan for addressing my most immediate issue.A special thank you to the receptionist (who I think is also a medical professional). Without her i would have spent hours in the emergency department waiting to receive a few pain killers.This clinic offers the best kind of old fashioned customer care - compassion and kindness trumps self interest snd the all mighty dollar.

Went for a clean only (As I am travelling), and was very happy with the results. I had some stains on my bottom teeth that have been there for years (even after a clean from other dentists) and they came right out. Such a good job - thanks for the great work.

Dr Rama is the best dentist I’ve seen hands down. I am so terrified of going to the dentist as many are but she makes you feel so at ease, no judgment and she is a genuine down to earth person.I was recommended by a friend and am so glad I was! I have never been treated so kindly, warmly & gently by any other dentist before seeing Dr Rama.The clinic is small and comfortable, it isn’t over the top. It’s easy to get to, and all the staff are lovely.

Highly recommend the dentist. Had been there with my daughter for her treatment , Dr. Rama has a key precision ,fantastic dentist . Got checkup and clean done for myself as well , she explained thoroughly the procedure and made me comfortable throughout treatment. Great teamwork .

A master class in service. Dr. Karyn was delightful from start to finish. A warm welcome with lots of explanation of the services she offers, what they involve and their cost. She was calm and considerate throughout the entire procedure, offering rest periods where necessary. She was very thorough and offered plenty of advise and tips, giving demonstrations where applicable.I have booked my next appointment back with her and would have absolutely no problem recommending her to anybody. Especially people who haven't been in a while like myself.

The Staff at this Clinic is very experienced. They are very polite and help all their patients as much as they can. The female Dentist, Dr.Rama Bharadwaj is very experienced doctor, she is highly social with all her patients and takes care of all aged patients is a very calm manner. I highly recommend this Clinic for everyone!
