These guys are utterly useless. They installed a defective flyscreen in december 2021 that did not fit the window frame. To try to remediate, in february 2022 (3 months later), someone from their company came to take the correct measurements to have the correct size flyscreen manufactured. Somehow, the order got lost in their system and they couldn't find it for over 7 months. They would keep reassuring me that the flyscreen was being manufactured. 8 months later, the flyscreen was finally delivered. Due to Covid, they were unable to come inside my house to install the flyscreen. I completely respect and understand that. However, I specifically requested the management team to request the installer to wait outside whilst I installed the flyscreen myself so that I could ensure it fits. Unsurprisingly, the delivery person had no intention of waiting whilst I try to install the screen. I suspect he knew the shotty workmanship and didn't want to hang around for me to find out. I'm left with a flyscreen that doesn't fit, it's bowing and I have no idea how to remediate the problem. It's a shame I can't rate this company below a 1 star else I would.....

You have installed a defect and despite raising this hazard on multiple of occasions you are not responsible in catering a service to your customers. For three weeks I have been waiting for someone to come in and fix this loose glass. On two occasions you have lied. I will be bringing this issue to both fair trading and the ombudsmen.

Never ever have they been on time with orders, compared to other window companies, Southern star delivery and manufacturing takes more then 4 weeks. The workers in the office are useless. Never promising or delivering on time. Do not use this company if you value your time and money.

This company is a JOKE. They have changed their company name to get rid of their atrocious reviews. Their Management team (Bernie & Keith) are clowns. They have no idea what is going on.Don't be fooled by their cheap pricing. Their product is the WORST quality and their service is even worse. They use 3mm glass as opposed to the standard 4mm to cut costs. So bad.STAY AWAY!!!

Keith mcginley is not a good person/boss.. he’s very rich n pay workers cheap rates..
