Best experience! Fresh into town following 3 flights and in need of a pamper and hair refresh. Called Plush last minute with little hope of getting an appointment and received exceptional customer service on the phone. Staff were able to book me in the same day! Staff were enthusiastic, welcoming and provided top-quality service. I would agree with previous comments that they went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Wagga Wagga and for those who live here if you haven’t been you’re missing out! Thank you Plush Team

Had the best time there ,Went for a full head balayage and the staff was so accommodating and informative the whole time ,Everything is pretty at Plush from the interior design small details to the staff’s fashion sense and the music was on pointReally appreciated the highly detailed quality work that was applied during my hair appointment, staff took care of every little detail to provide the best results with rush ,I left the salon feeling amazing about my hair knowing I will be returning for sureI loved that all the staff had very pretty sneakers on

I was certainly in good hands with the team at Plush hairdressing. They were able to understand what I wanted from a new hair style and delivered. I also was able to have my colouring refreshed over previous permanent treatments which looked amazing and suited me more. The service, coffee and head massage were awesome.

I cannot recommend Plush enough for all your hair care needs!! From the shampoo and scalp massage to cuts and colour the service is amazing! They can cut and style any type of hair as well as provide professional advice on any issues you might be experiencing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was in Wagga Wagga for the Gold Cup and Sarah was very accommodating in getting me a last-minute appointment with Brandy.The time and care she took to give me the race day style I was after was greatly appreciated.The salon is beautiful, I would not hesitate to return next time I am in town and in need of a hairdresser.

The most over and above salon I have ever been too! If you are looking for a fantastic, luxurious salon that goes OVER AND BEYOND, this is the salon for you! Every single team member at Plush is nothing short of wonderful. I have never experienced a salon experience even remotely similar. They have nice background music, and the most prominent thing you’ll notice is they don’t have phones ringing off the hook all day as the lovely Sarah handles them, just to make your salon experience that much better. I was in salon and realised I had parked in short term parking, and was concerned about a fine.. well that was no issue for them either as one of the staff went and moved my car for me, no questions asked! Kathleen is the most talented hairdresser I’ve personally had the experience of dealing with. I have never had a haircut like Kathleen’s. All staff are always polite, friendly and will make sure your experience in salon is nothing short of luxury. Would recommend to anyone who is willing to spend that little extra for high class, luxury service. Kathleen, Emily, Josh and the rest of the Plush Team - thank you for making my experiences always amazing with you!

Kathleen and the team are nothing short of amazing. She took care of me so well when I first cut my hair for chemo, allowed me to donate my ponytail and made me feel so safe.Today, they fit me in at very late notice to fix my botched cut and colour from another establishment - transformation is an understatement. I’ve now got a plan to help grow my hair again.Can’t recommend highly enough, thank you Kathleen, Sarah and all the Plush team.
