Very rude staff. When I request to re-allocate the seat as I feel more comfortable and relaxed when doing so, the lady with black frame glasses answered very offensively. I don’t think it is a big deal to seat at where is a bit away from the crowd, let alone there are a plenty of seats available. I was so disappointed and was confused about what’s going on with their mentality. Very disgusting.

The worst meal I had in Perth.Soup tastes artificial, food is overcooked badly.I selected instant noodle and it came out as soft as congee.

This hot pot was nice. I thought it was a little expensive for that it is. 49 dollars forTwo servings. I did ask the waiter for two cups of water and she forgot, they also didn’t really knowing about the stock bases either!

I'm very happy that this restaurant opened in Northbridge, as it's conveniently close to my place. They offer a clean selection of fresh ingredients and their broths are bursting with tasty flavors. I always go for their spicy signature malatang, but my friends' beef and mushroom broths were delicious too.To note: When you get there, they'll show you where to seat. Remember your table number so you can mention it when you pay for your food at the counter. The food will be brought to you by the robot, but don't try to take the food! The servers will handle your order. Grab your own cutlery and sauce from the self-serve station.

Edit 21 Feb '23Thank you for the 15% off on your grand opening day on the weekend. We also got free dessert and mentos on the cutlery sections. Service was better organised this time.-----------------------Located next to Juicy Bao Bao Northbridge. Pretty much similar with the Carousel branch. Everything was just brand new. Food items were very fresh. Food came out fast and it was delicious. Picked up their signature malatang for the soup flavour, can't go wrong with that.Service was quick. Staff were looking a bit confused at times. But it's still early days.

Food is fine but like the other reviews suggest, the service was not. One particular staff with pink hair was rude whenever we talked to her. For example, when we politely asked where to get cutlery as none was given to us when our food came and there was no help-yourself kiosk visible from our table, she said sharply, It's over there". One of the best malatang I have ever tried here in Perth. Lots of ingredients where you can choose your own ingredients and soup base and they will cook it for you. Till then you can make your sauce. So good I literally loved this place.

The food is ok but whole time the service doesn’t make sense…We have two people, one of person the body is quit big but give us very tiny and crowd space. We can understand try to fit more client in and less the waiting time to separate the tables but the dining space is too tiny and uncomfortable.When check out the food price I asked the counter staff can I have some noodles which didn’t show up in the fridge,she was take out some noodles from kitchen and walk pass to me told me go back the line to pick up again…. Actually you can just told me use tong pick up when I was stand there waiting for you at counter.I knew it’s just open and still need time to training staff, if the service can be more understanding and polite will be better.
