I wanted two different keys cut, obviously a too complicated job. They used one of the keys as a template, so I now ended up with only one key that fits one of the locks.Luke, the guy in front, blamed me for the mistake, saying I put pressure on the guy, as I was just standing there waiting.He told me to bring the lock to get the key cut, I asked for something in writing and his name, (in case he was not there, when I go back) he then told me that there were 2 by the name of Luke, and that he himself did not have a surname.Very rude. No star

I had some keys cut and when I got home they were too tight. I took the keys back with the lock and they advised it was an odd lock but adjusted the keys to suit. Great after sales service. Thanks

Jade went completely above and beyond to assist me, I deal with hundreds of people a day and his customer service just blew me out of the water. So caring and friendly and so clearly passionate about what he does and genuinely happy to be at work which is so rare and refreshing to see, you can feel his positive energy from a mile away even over the phone. I was beyond impressed by his willingness to go out of his way to help, his enthusiasm, the way he really listened and cared, the same way someone would do for their mate except I was a complete stranger to him. What an invaluable asset to this company he is, I don’t remember the last time I had such a positive experience anywhere. Thank you so much Jade, you have helped me more than you know and you’re a complete stand out employee, an absolute star. I will always come back here and recommend this store without hesitation.

Fabulous customer service with a gorgeous smile! Needed to get a watch engraved this afternoon and they were able to do it while I waited. Extremely professional, courteous and friendly service. Loved the engraving! It came out flawless and everyone in my office thought it looked spectacular (the watch is a gift for a very dear coworker).
