I had a good experience with Sam, I think she did a great job.The price was $51 for a men's cut, which many will think is overpriced. However, I got a full 45 minutes of Sam's time (including a wash at the end).You could have a $26 men's cut elsewhere but they'd likely try to chop through it in 15 minutes.When considering the total time, the rate is very reasonable, and I appreciated having someone take the time to get it right instead of getting it done fast.

It was a nice surprise to get a fabulous haircut and style that doesn’t break the bank at such a gorgeous upmarket salon. Service was super and it’s the first time I enjoyed time at a hair salon sipping complementary champagne, what a treat!! The girls were lovely and friendly, great service!! Definitely 5 star!

The best hairdressing experience I have ever had! The staff are friendly and very talented! They answered all my questions and treated me and my hair with care and respect!I am so happy with how my hair turned out, I left with my hair looking the best it has ever looked in my life and over a week later I am still in love with it!

I'm very happy with Senior Hair Stylist and Manager Sam's advice (and following treatment) on how to transition from having brown coloured hair with very noticeable grey re-growth, to having my natural, grey hair. Sam pointed out that this will be a gradual process, using lighter foils which would, over time, blend in with my virgin hair. She did a fabulous job and I'm confident that she will achieve the desired outcome.

The salon owner replied promptly to the review I left where I suggested some sensitivity training might be beneficial. She followed up with a personal phone call which was kind, caring & demonstrated accountability. She listened to everything I had to say, was apologetic & polite. Thank you for taking the time to do this, I feel listened to & would recommend this salon to others
