Grosvenor Dry Cleaning
My experience at Grosvenor Dry Cleaners has always been excellent. However recently I took an overcoat covered in glue there despite everyone telling me it was a waste of time no Dry Cleaner could clean it. It was my favorite coat and I was desperate so I presented it to be told that they would do their best but could not promise a good result. My son accidentally threw some dark shorts with his white school shirts which made them grey. The team at Grosvenor used some whitening technology and the shirts came back as new. Amazing job and thanks!

Grosvenor Dry Cleaning
Felt scammed. Gave 5 shirts and received a receipt for $21.50. Asked for shirts to be folded, not hung. They agreed price was same. Next day, charged $30, claiming that the order taker was not familiar with system. Will not go back - just use another service available nearby. Very poor customer service! (And yes, I have receipts to prove it).

I regularly use Grosvenor for suit dry cleaning, and am always extremely impressed with their level of service. The staff are professional and courteous, and take great care in handling my suits. The cleaning itself is consistently of the highest quality - my suits come back looking and smelling like new. Would definitely recommend for anyone in need of dry cleaning services.
