An exceptional place to work as a tutor. Staff were extremely welcoming when I first began and continued to be helpful, supportive and caring throughout my employment at Big Improvements. Tutors were paired suitably with the kids and this really helped how the whole program worked. Tutors can work together to maximise both the kids' and tutors' experience with tutoring. Overall, working for Big Improvements was a great experience and I couldn't recommend it enough.

Big Improvements is a lovely place to work; the tutors are kind, helpful, and friendly, there are lots of resources and you always feel supported. There is always a fun, energetic atmosphere, which the students love.

Big Improvements Tutoring is a fantastic learning community, offering amazing support to kids of all ages, not just in their school work but also in building their self-confidence and enthusiasm towards learning. I previously worked at Big Improvements as a tutor for 3 years, and can vouch that this is one of the most positive environments to both work and learn in. Big Improvements has a strong focus on catering to individual student needs. They are on top of parent-tutor communication and take feedback and suggestions seriously. The tutors are not only extremely capable but also some of the most kind and caring people out there, with a passion for teaching and helping kids improve. The progress that the kids attending Big Improvements make, in their academic and also interpersonal skill development is amazing.
