Kununurra Visitor Centre

Looks closed, enter via Pennys Gifts next door. Seems an odd way to run a tourist place where people don't necessarily know where to go. Nice once inside.Edit: If its open, unlock the doors on the obvious entry point !!

Very helpful staff! Special shout-out to Sheryl who helped us get the most of the WA govt discounts on tours. Staff were knowledgeable on the best places to visit in Kununurra and surrounding areas. Make the visitor centre your first stop when you visit Kununurra.

We booked our Lake Cruise and Bungle Bungles flight over the phone earlier in the year. We were having trouble doing it on line so we called and the staff couldn't have been more obliging and helpful. When we arrived we found the same friendliness and help. Thank you you're a good team

We went to the Kununurra Visitor Centre to get help planning our Kimberleys holiday. We me the most helpful person Kel, Who knew everything about the region. She helped us with Wyndham, Lake Argyle, The Bungle Bungles and the Gibb River Road. She also booked a cultural tour of the Bungles with tips also on the best way to get there and where to stay. She could not be more pleasant, enthusiastic and helpful. On top of that she filled us in on her favourite coastal highlight of the West Coast and Karijini. The Centre is easy to find, light and airy and very well set up with very well informed staff.

Fantastic staff, with all the local knowledge needed. A beautifully presented center with lovely souvenirs.
