The Vet Practice

Yesterday we had to put our cat down after many years and the Clinic were extremely compassionate and made our last moments with Chelsea very special for the cat and us. Thanks to the Vet Clinic for really considering our beloved little cat and us. Cheers.

The care my dog has received has been outstanding. Stem cell and rehab has been worth every cent. He is a very happy boy.

Since our initial consultation this practice has had an ill surgeon and we are still waiting for news. Our poor dog is still waiting for surgery. We are not happy with how we've been 'kept informed' and are looking at going to another vet practice, recommended by these guys. Let's hope it goes well!

The Vet Practice have helped me with two of my pooches one with Ivdd and the other with epilepsy, to say they do an outstanding job is an understatement. They make sure my dogs have the best quality of life possible as well as the best vet care.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at the vet practice, they have looked after Alfie for over 12 years, I recently had to make the decision to say goodbye to Alfie due to illness. Dr Patel and the nurse were kind and considerate throughout the euthanasia. The card I received was also a lovely thought from them. Thanks again to all the team

Just wanted to say a big Thankyou to everyone at The Vet Practice that helped my baby girl Lexi after her caesarean went wrong at a different hospital. Dr Juliana in specific has been extremely helpful during this tough time for Lexi. She is now all healed and healthy! Thanks guys! <3

The whole team is amazing and go out of their way to ensure my dogs and I are well looked after. They certainly went over and above for us today and I really can't thank them enough. My girl took a long time to recover from a procedure and they were fantastic in their care and communication. Thanks team x. We also do rehab with my boy and the team is very thorough , sending detailed emails, regular check ups and encouragement.

Good service. High educated staff. They are did a great job. Very happy with rehab section, particular to Aurora. She is an amazing person, perfect care, to help a lot. My dogs love her.

Please pay attention to the other reviews of this clinic being negligent. They have been negligent with me and my dog for a long time now. Have taken incorrect bloods, lost and expired bloods. No one reads clinical notes and apparently the vet doesn’t write them after consults either. Today they weren’t sure what bloods my dog was having, instead of clarifying with the vet or myself they decided to guess and wasted a full vet visit and put me dog through a blood draw for nothing. His blood was wasted yet again. I went here because it was local but trust me you won’t be saving money here, it’s not at all convenient. Staff across the board are not trustworthy at all and will try to gaslight you into thinking you’re at fault when they know they are.
