Booked a sailing trip in Airlie Beach on 4th August 2021 and paid by card. Company cancelled trip next day on 5th Aug due to lack of passengers booked. It is now 18th August and still no refund of the $530 payment!!Initiated dispute with my credit card company today. Very shoddy performance by this company. Won't forget this.
