The gentleman at the reception was nice and respectful. I had a couple of hours to fix my cloths for a wedding. He tried his best to help me out.

They did a good job at the alteration of my suit. It was very expensive. $200 to alter a jacket and pants. They didn't contact me when the job was done. I had to follow up.

They now charge 15 dollars to shorten a pair of jeans. 6 months ago was 12 and a year ago was 10 dollars.

I ripped out my dress 2 hours before I needed it for a conference. I called them in the morning with the question if they could please help me fix it the same morning as I needed it in 2 hours. She told me to come over quick and gave me the address. They fixed it for me on the spot and it was done in 10 minutes for a good price. Could get changed there and go directly to my conference. Amazing!
