Was really sceptical about coming here because of the bad reviews but they were busy so I thought they must be good. They served me quickly, politely and did a fantastic job. The lady allowed me to choose my own colours for hombre when I couldnt find any samples that I liked. Will definitely be coming back. Photo is of my nails one week after they were done - SNS Hombre.

I wish I could rate 0 stars instead of 1.Staff were really rude. Pedicure does not include a very normal dead skin scrape which was very disappointing considering the price. I go elsewhere and receive dead skin scrape as well as hot stone massage for cheaper then this service.If I had known they didn’t include basic pedicure inclusions I would not have gone there, when I addressed my concerns that they didn’t include it they were so rude and shut me down. Will never be returning here. Such nasty customer service

Didn't like their service as they hurt my finger during pedicure.However it's Very cleanThey did a good job segregating the area because of Covid.They are usually very polite, respectful and friendly.Their prices are reasonable and affordable for the quality of their services.Definitely recommend them. They are also very close to the carpark which makes the whole thing very very quick and time saving.Recommended....

Went there for an infill last week. The lady doing my nails drilled into my finger and tried to blame me for it. When I pointed this out her colleague gave me a discount. A week later and my acrylics are falling off. No reenforcement in the nails, incredibly rude service, thought I could put up with the rude behaviour but now I have not received the quality service of what I paid for. Never ever going back there again.

The quality of their service seems to have deteriorated. During the last couple of visits, the nail technicians (2 different ones) accidentally cut the skin surrounding my toe nail, causing it to bleed. Such a shame as I've been going to them for years. However, i think it's time to move on.

Unbelievably rude staff! I only ever go to this place if it's urgent and I have no other options!! They use expired products. I lost my toe nails because of their poor quality products!! Do NOT recommend.

These guys used to be good and in some ways they are but didn't have 5 colours wouldn't charge less gave me the wrong price and still cost more than most definitely not going back. Given them a few chances now.
