I recently reached out to Claire for assistance in leadership development, it has turned out to be a fantastic decision and investment in myself!I started out by undertaking a DISC assessment, this was particularly enlightening for me, highlighting strengths and identifying areas for improvement. It showed that I was struggling with areas and up until then, didn’t understand why! Using the DISC model, Claire helped me to understand how to operate at an optimum for me.With the DISC information as a foundation for our sessions Claire set out a plan that was practical and achievable. She encouraged me to create a workspace that was congruent with my natural style and gave me excellent advice/tools to develop structure in my role that is invaluable for time and task management.Working with Claire has helped me feel confident in moving forward as a leader and empowered in decision making for this role.

My business, DFM Plan Management, has had the pleasure of dealing with Claire for the last year or so and it's been nothing short of amazing.
